Cancellation / Refund Policy: 

Private coaching

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “SoniaMPower,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business,

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can occur.  In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of SoniaMPower. Once SoniaMPower has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a coaching session, if they provide at least 24 hours advance notice. If the Client cancels less than 24 hours prior or in case of a no-show, the Client will forfeit the coaching session. 

All private coaching sessions and packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will not be extended past 6 months.

A 45-minute introductory coaching session is available at the rate of $97. If the Client decides to purchase a course or one-on-one coaching after the introductory session, the $97 fee will go towards their purchase.

Online courses and events 

If for any reason the Client is unable to attend a live online course/event,  may request a 100% credit towards another live online course; however, please be advised that this only applies to online seats that are purchased without restrictions. There is only one online seat change request per purchase. We reserve the right to deny any subsequent change requests. 

All requests for credit must be submitted to info@soniampower.com at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the online course/event. Please note that processing fees of 5% on online seat purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.

If the Client misses a lesson(s) that is part of an ongoing online course, the Client will not receive a refund or a credit for the lesson(s) missed. The client will receive recordings of all lessons that are offered as part of a course. 

Digital products 

Please understand that all digital products are excluded from the 100% money-back guarantee and are non-refundable. Offers/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Discounts are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.soniampower.com and all SoniaMPower services and products strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of the Client’s use of the Site, the Client warrants to SoniaMPower that they will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. The Client may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. The Client may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, any product and any software used on the Site, is the property of SoniaMPower or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. The Client agrees to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

The Client will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site and as part of SoniaMPower services and products. SoniaMPower content is not for resale. The Client’s use of the Site and SoniaMPower services does not entitle the Client to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, the Client will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. The Client will use protected content solely for their personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of SoniaMPower and the copyright owner. The Client agrees not to acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of SoniaMPower or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
